Cheap MFD at last

Post by FarmerPug »

Well 2 years of waiting paid off, i got a Sat nav screen for less than £20 on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0712047139

The seller must not have known how rare these things are, one a few weeks back ended the auction for £140, this one for £18 ish is a bargain and all the pixels light up fine. I asked did all the pixels light up but never mentioned to the seller how rare these are

The old one is still in the car, it looses two lines on cold mornings, then they come back as the car heats up

Bargain! Mine loses a few lines when it's really cold but it's readable so dosen't bother me to much,i snapped up a display for £18 back in July from ebay but when i plugged it in it was awfull, more lines than display!,fair play to the seller though as he refunded me in full and let me keep it,i've been trying ever since to find a way of mending it but i think it is destined for the bin.

£300, that would buy a damm good sat nav system. Since the only use for this display is the better trip computer £18 is a good price.

I also sold my old laptop the dell to my cousin for £100, and bought one of these:

I wanted something smaller for the pp2000, the dell was too big, and didnt hold its charge.
