Awesome stuffffff!

Can I ask....how have you mounted the cooler in the 406?

We didnt get the 2.0T in the 406 here - Only the Xantia got that motor down under!

Its another stock intercooler, it fits between the rad and the AC condensor... an aftermarket oe will be installed once she is 1000 miles in to the new head... :D

Thanks Welly,

I thought so too, especially when I drove her last night, forgot how lush it was!!!!

Yeah..... just dont admit that to them lol

I used a Valeo RAD and a Valeo IC and they didn't fit on the car together, I couldn't get the charge hose from the IC to the inlet to fit in the null space between the rad and ic outlet..... very annoying ! had to move the rad forward, place the IC hose on then put the rad back... with some force I might add!!!

But its all good and sealed, and souds mint !!! only noise from the engine is injector tick and the purge canister valve ticking... but hey I don't care... its fixed and on the road !!!

Well I recckon about 6 months or so....

I may have a solution though before that happens... I'm working on the idea of a Lexarse Soarer Twin Turbo Intercooler, mounted under the inner wing like on the soarer... those bad boys run @ 280ho, so plenty of cooling capability for the 406! I'm hoping anyway !
