I think the steel wheels fitted as standard on the lower spec D8s were 14", but AFAIK all the alloys ever factory fitted to 406s were 15" or 16"....

If you really want 14"s look for a set off a 306 or something, but why not just upgrade to 15"s? :D 8)

If I did get 15's, surely I would have to colaberate (if thats how you spell it) the speedo etc. Is this an easy thing to do or am I just being a bit "simple" here?

NO you just get a lower profile tyre.
Say ur currently on 175/65/14, for 15" you would get 195/55/15 which keeps the same ride height therefore not affecting speedo.

Good point Geordie....

What size tyres are on your 14" rims Benner?? The standard size on the 15" rims fitted to 406s is 195/65R15, so if your tyres are 185/75R14 (think that's what they were on my old D8 ), that's a difference in diameter of only 1mm, meaning your speedo will be out by 0.16% . You'll get more variation from your tyres wearing :cheesy:. Anything within about 2.5% of the original size is fine.
