Cat died

Post by Ares »

I must inform you that brother of my cat died yesterday.
I feel so sorry for the cat, didnt even knew how much i love it.

We found them in some bush,1 brother was very loud, that is how we found them and the other brother (my cat) was very quiet.
Me and my brother each took 1 cat and we were 2 brothers with 2 cat brothers.

Yesterday he gave me a call, told that his cats tongue was out and eyes open, didnt respond to anything.

Man,i am depressed today,i know its just a cat,but i love all creatures,so this cat was also very important to me.

dude it's nothing to be ashamed of we get so attached to these animals that they really do become family, i caught a glimpse of a photo of my old dog over the weekend he died 3 years this easter and it brought a huge smile to my face but also a tear in the eye.

I buried our pet Rabbit (Peter) a couple of years ago, lovely thing he was (but not half as engaging as a Cat or Dog) but I still had tears rolling down my cheeks as I lowered him into the ground in a make-shift coffin. We buried him with a nice blanket and his favorite toy :(

I'm sorry about your Cat Ares, it is understandable to feel very low about it - we're all human at the end of the day and it shows a caring side to us when we enjoy our pets.

Sorry your cat died Ares (and your Peter Welly :( ), the trouble is every time we get a pet it's a tragedy waiting to happen (thankyou G.C.), unless you get something that's going to outlive you like a parrot or a snake or something. Or a rock... Experience has taught me to be nice to all our pets, because one day they won't be here any more and then there's no point in wishing you'd been nicer to them. Make time for a tickle, a brush, whatever they like. Ok, all our animals are spoilt but when they pop their little cloggs I'll know they had a good life, better than many.

Btw anyone not understanding this thread, your pet rock just died.

Indeed, and if only humans treated each other the same :|

I'm not sure you can apply this sort of stuff to people, animals can't do much about their lives and it's basically up to us. People, on the other hand, have a hell of a lot to do with how their lives run. I try to live my life on a "do as you would be done by" basis, I'm nice to the people I meet and if they're nice to me I carry on being nice. On the other hand if they sh*t on me I'm not going to be nice to them any more. Take Ivo Sanader, would you be nice to him? You might be pleasant, but the whole time you'd be thinking how nice it would be to smash his smug face in with a hammer.

Sorry to hear about 'your' cat, I know how upsetting this is. As Steve says, it does not matter that you lose every pet eventually, it's still painful, the inevitability of it doesn't seem to lessen your anguish at all. It's getting for 2 years since we lost Max, our 'senior' cavalier king charles spaniel. Despite having the other two, we still miss him.

Take Steve's advice and spoil the surviving brother while you can.

2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)

I know Steve and i can agree with that, people do have choice, always, how to spend their lives.Yep,that ivo sanader isnt so good, but 955of those fools in governmant arent good so he
fits right into that profile.

Doggy, yea,it was my brothers cat but anyway, still i miss him.Sorry to hear about your Max,its a big pain when they go.

The one on the left died, its with his brother(my cat),playing on the window
