Happy Birthday Nitric!

My trusty steed was born 10 years ago today in a Sochaux, a little known backwater of Franche-Compté, near the Swiss border.

After a childhood dogged by congenital respiratory problems, this little beauty underwent a FAPadectomy last year and has since gone from strength to strength. Having now completed 96.5k miles, it's almost run in. I'm impressed with the economy of late - a little over 45 mpg has become normal.

I washed it for the first time this year, last Sunday.

Oh cheers doggy you just made me realise i'll have 4 fecking teenagers at some point this year, 15 year old girl. 12 year old girl who might aswell been a teen... the fecking dog and at some point the car turns 13.

Just hope the car don't start with the f*cking tantrums too that's all i bloody need.

I am intrigued as to where I find this 6 digit code painted in yellow on the strut top............. Is it definitely painted in yellow? That being said I can't find anything painted
