ive looked at the video and agree if your tensioner isnt running true, that will be why its throwing the belt out

The tensioner runs on the back of the belt, so a dead give-away (if the belt stays on long enough ) is that the back of the belt will be shinier on one side than the other.

Success no more jumping off turns out with the shorter belt I was over tightening the eccentric pulpy adjusted it to first notch now sits perfect and can see the auto adjuster moving about keeping it inline

new belt on gone for the shorter one again it seems that i was over adjusting the eccentric pulley and weasnt allowing the auto adjuster to move and work upon lossening it back to the the other notch it seats correctly and you can see the auto adjuster bouncing a little and working its makgin not staying put

put a bit of string round the all the pulleys and make shour that the alinement is ok
