hello peeps.
ok heres my problem, in december, i was on my way to work in the dark, alond a lovely isle of wight country lane and i skidded of some mud and went through a hedge.
i got out and had a look and the road was caked in mud, a farmer had been in and out of his field that day, dragged out loads of mud and not cleared up after him.
any how i got all the evidence i need, and sent it off to my insurance lot... all ok, but now they finally decided that the 3rd party insurance wants to look at the evidence... 2 months later!!!
its taken them this long to send this info over, actually its taken a month to send one little audio file over, a audio file of the farmer saying its his fault.
now i REALLY want my car back, my lovely little 406 2.1td somehow i dont think they are going to fix it, but obviosly 2 months is taking the piss. it allways, oh we will phone you next week, just one more week, just reviewing it, need anouther week!!! blah blah blah!!
now for your help...........
how car i upload all my evidence, pictures and info, to a space of some kind on the big wide web.
so as they dont have to send emails to each other as this is obviosly to hard for them.
send normall mail, because again, this seems a bit hard for them.
they cannot download andthing, as i tryed uploading it all to the megaupload website.
so i thought, i if i can put it all on a web page so the can view and listen to it all online, with no downloading, i might be able to get somewhere.
so how can i do this?? webpage, streaming audio, pictures all online to view and listen
sorry if i waffald on but im fed up!!!
many thanks in advance.
please, any info can you please make it clear and simple with sites / apps / step by step lol
many thanks again
dan

this is a grey area, it is a criminal offence to spill mud on the road, and you have to be a aware of this if you have a licence to drive a tractor on the road, but as they may have been driving a short distance on the road, there is a loop hole that allows you to drive tractors a short distance's without a licence
the only thing you can do is to phone the insurance company everyday, just keep on there case, its th only way to get anywhere, when my 306 was written off, i was hit by an insured driver with no licence
and i only had 3rd party insurance so i had to sort the claim out by myself, my insurance company wanted nothing to do with it, it took nearly 3 months till they eventually paid out
bastards

two months seems surprising quick in my view - I waited over two years for one claim to get settled even though the 3rd party admitted fault at the time to the police.
Best you can do is harass your insurance company to chase the incident and sit and wait. With evidence in your favour you will win in the end. A solicitor may also help - In one case I got a solicitor on the case - they chased it and won with no fee to me - result.

La beauté echappe aux modes passagéres
Ive had a similar experience - but it was on a blind bend with a an on coming car - that hit me head on as she was in the middle of the road - problem bing she was not insured neither did she have a liecence.
so the solution if the insurance companies are messing you around is to go to CAB and explain the situation - they will then give the name and number of a legal solicitor that will take on the case if they believe that you are in the right - this is because they will be paid by the party at fault, that way you dont pay.
then because all correspondants between the two insurance companies dont come directly to you they go to the solicitor, thengs tind to get done a little quicker and they have a lot more clout in the procedings world, and they will push the point because they want paying.
just my past experience but i hope it helps
