just got in the car after put ignition on passenger window went down without any thing been pressed and now will not go back up at all

laguna 04 plate
could it be the regulator that has packed up or the motor there is no sound at all when u press the button

As no-one else is.... Umm, any chance rain got into the switch? Perhaps you'll need to get to the motor to see what signals (if any) it's getting.

got theoor card off someone has been there before no speaker in door at all loads of chopped wires
the leccy door mirror not working was before window went down 2 could be related possibly

Sounds like you need to reset the brains, there's a proceedure for resetting the windows on a megane so i'm sure there's the same proceedude for the laguna.

I think it's something like 'both fronts down, then turn ignition on, then wait for both down, then both up for 20 seconds, ignition off then try. You might want to look how to do the reset, it's all to do with BSI and electric windows having their own ecu's.

Ps, the problem on the megane is that the window went DOWN about 2 inches everytime you pressed UP.

Called tax out he took the door cards of to get the glass back up the wiring was a botched job someone had been there before
