Advice please. 406 engine swap - 2.0 HDi into 1.9TD

Hi, im needing to change a seized engine on a 1998 406 LXS 1.9td. I have a 2000 406 lx hdi 90 engine. Can anyone tell me if this is a simple engine swap over with no complications or a problematic headache requiring lots of things to be changed and messed with in order to make it work. If it is what are the problems.

it will be a hard job because all of the electrics have to be dealt with you could do a complete car loom swap but that will be a ball ache and what about the immobilizer and all the rest of the junk thats in there

best off finding a low millage 1.9td and dropping that in

yeah thats what I thought might be the case but just wanted to check. Low mileage 1.9td is the way then.
