Anyone know how to reset the ECU?
Is > THIS < the right way to do it? Also does this apply for us Petrols?
I also take note of > THIS < but I think this only will remove the service spanner (which is visible btw, was pressing both buttons yesterday trying to clear that).
Want to try and re-set the ECU to see if that clears the system of the ABS fault - ANYTHING is worth trying.
Any help appreciated.

I think that's what the bsi reset/5 min rule is all about
I presume you've seen the guide in the kB section,

There are so many, what mjb calls, voodoo procedures on resetting the BSI and I still have no idea which one is correct. Definitely worth a shot.
