406 HDI cylinder head core plug

does anyone know if it`s possible to repair a leaking core plug on a ally head. or do i need a new head for it
the truth is out there

clean it up as best as possible with brake cleaner, then cover it in chemical metal, its amazing stuff, i have repaired turbo's and gearbox's with it and the cars are still going

i have some seal up that claims to work,, should i try that first
