Was it Dai?

Post by Bailes1992 »

This morning I drove to work, on the way there about a mile from Mr Rees' house I came across 3 horses stood in the middle of a roundabout.
Dai is denying all knowledge but I think he's been stuffing horses in the volvo (without seatbelts!!) and leaving the poor things in the middle of roundabouts scared, without food and alone!

Who else agrees?

You have a point....... Maybe he needs to go to specsavers.
Maybe he got the volvo and presumed it was the 407...

Someone take him to specsavers, he needs an eye test...

He must of been after sheep but got horses instead

Bridgend Echo 17th May 2013.

Breaking news.

A Bridgend youngster was admitted to Quarella Road Mental Health Unit today after being stopped by police on the A470 near Cefn-coed-Y-cymmer for erratic driving, Arresting officers Constable cocks and Sergent ball state that upon questioning Mr Bailes a young electrician in training seemed very confused and disorientated while muttering something about Dai doing something to horses on a roundabout.
Surprisingly Mr Bailes showed no signs of alchohol intake so we took him home to his parents.

Upon arriving home His mam was worried that her boy Sam had slowed down to quickly coming off the A470 and caught a glimpse of Merthyr Tydful Halfords sending young Sam into what is now known in the Bailes household has "a Halfords episode"
She quickly got him admitted to Quarella Road Mental Health Unit where Sam is now sedated and undergoing treatment for Bridgend mushroom detox.

It has been said that these mushrooms cause Hallucination's of mammoth proportions and Mr Bailes could well have imagined he was on a merry go round... further information on tonight's BBc news at 6 program once Sam has woken up and whoever this Dai is has been questioned.

Breaking News:

Local pair plotted to "drag Merthrpridd back to dark ages"

David Reath and Sam Bayles of Merthrpridd were convicted of animal cruelty and public disorder offences in Court yesterday. Sam had recently been banned from all of the County's Motoring Stores and Fuel Stations in a separate case and plotted, with the help of David Reath, to cause traffic chaos at one of Merthr's busiest roundabouts the court heard.

Giving evidence Sam revealed "I was sick of being treated like an outcast in this area, all I want to do is keep my Brown Mondeo in original service condition but no-one wants my business. My friend David agreed to help move the Horses and we were going to hold a protest in the morning, after I had my Cheerios. We decided that if I couldn't get my car serviced locally then we should all go about on Horseback - just like the old days and see how they like that!".

Under examination David Reath, 26, with two mustaches, said "I didn't like the idea at first, Sam wanted me to put one of the Horses in my new expensive Volvo V70 but I refused because I have a full leather interior and plush carpeting. In the end we walked the animals to the roundabout at night but then our plans went wrong". He later explained to the court that although the pair had planned their protest for the morning of Friday 17th May 2013 David had forgotten he had a meeting arranged at his office to discuss the misuse of Company Envelopes and had to abandon the protest at short notice by text to Sam.

The court were shown the Text Message as evidence, it read; "soz m8, got mtg, 4got, can u manage on ur own? lol."

Sentencing was deferred awaiting psychiatric reports on the pair.

Neigh, nowt to do with me. I felt sorry for the ickle horsies though, they were still there when I went to work and that's a busy roundabout. Some tosser probably thought it'd be great fun to open their gate and let them out onto the road

Fair play though, young Sam must set out early if he was passing there at half 5!

PS: I am highly amused, just nucking fackered. The envelope scandal turned into a 3 day crisis talk....

People are weird from up Dais way!
Yesterday morning in Pentrebach I saw a Moose riding a bicycle up the A4060.
Maybe it was Dai again?
