Breaking a Hdi 110 Rapier 2003 Estate

Hi, I am stripping my donor car - a 2003 KMWC ( Monaco Blue ) Hdi 110 Estate

I am keeping a few parts for myself - the rest is available to 406oc users first ( only fair as you folks have helped so much..) before eBaying whats left.

Parts NOT available; Gear Knob, Blach-Ash trim, Throttle Sensor, Modulator, Electrovalves, Starter Motor, Back-plates, Back doors, Bumper, Bonnet, n/s Front Wing, Grill, Undertray, Sill strips.

CJ has booked the Alternator.

All electrics work, Comm2000 is free from faults, electric window switch in FULL WORKING ORDER..!! Rear discs are relatively new.

I am not a mechanic but will try to remove whats required.

Hi i need the air con pipes that goes from the bulk head to the valves near the battery.

Also are the backing plates to the rear discs in good condition.

The air-con pipes are available, but the backplates are being kept as mine are rusted 3/4 of the way round.....!!

Hi GM, sorry but I sourced the alternator closer to me so I could pick it up. Don't need this any more.

That said, what MFD do you have? Is it the sat-nav type?

Never really agreed on price for the turbo as I am not sure if I have the skills/tools to remove it. Have you got a price in mind if I succeed in removing it?

a tip for removing it is to heat all the bolts to red hot then spray withwd40 or sum thing like it and the manifold bolts may be copper so be gentle with them. have a fire extinguisher to hand just in case

Hi Im looking for a few small pieces for my estate, Hdi badges, the little handle used to shut the tailgate, and a rear screen wiper. P&P to ME12 2BB if possible.

Hi Kieth, bad news sorry. Hdi badge and rear wiper is sold but the handle for shutting boot ( the half-moon interior one? ) is available.
£2.50 including P+P.
