anyone tell me if i can/need to remove seats to carry an RSJ thats 11ft long in my 2002 estate ?
do I need to remove front seat or can this be laid flat ?
do I need to take them all out on passenger side ? if so, is it easy job ?

Hi, the rear seat bases are bolted in place ( 4 bolts ) so need to undo them. Maybe if you remove left side small seat base, lay the back-rest down and fold the passenger front seat right back of fully forwards, you could fit it in?

Ihad two three metre lengths of 4x2 in mine without dropping the seats you job is doable lay your back seats flat remembering to tie the seat belt up so it doesnt jam wind your passenger seat right back and bobs your uncle, you will need something to prop up the rsj at the back so it doesnt slide backwards tie your tailgate down
