I'm not so sure that's oil residue. Last time I saw that was on a Nissan Primera we ran at work; it had lost its coolant a couple of times and ended up with neat water with no additives (tap water in effect)........months later it overheated and we found all this soft sh*t in the radiator looking like that stuff above. It was apparently a reaction/corrosion between the cast iron block and all the other metals. The radiator was chock full of soft lumps of stuff.
I'd be inclined to remove the stat and do a full flush, take the rad out and flush it backwards/forwards of the direction of flow and refill using a decent antifreeze and maybe a seal conditioner and see how it goes. If it runs and the hoses feel like they are about to burst under pressure then the system is pressurising via the HG.
Actually why don't you just get a sniffer test done first?

right lads,i took car to mechanic,he said its not an oil, first thing he said i mixed red an any other color coolant,i was 99% sure it was red before i change water pump and cambelt,so i put brand new red one, second thing hesaid,it might be some kind of sealant filled before, and when i put brand new coolant reaction started and now looks like cleaning system
A sniff test is usually done by a garage, they put what look's like a gravy syphone in the header tank filler / rad cap if you have one ( which you don't ). Inside there are some crystles which change colour if combustion gas is leaking into the cooling system via a leeking head gasket, no mater how small a leek it will pick it up if left for long enough.
But if it takes a very long time & only goes v pale green you might get away with a head gasket sealer, this fix worked on my old audi for over two years
Hope this helps & best of luck. Paul
