I have a suspicion not remembering how long you've owned a volvo is not uncommon.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6 -speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Yup, it's her birthday today actually! Happy Birthday Vulva
Which means I'll have had it for a year in about 3 weeks time

The 2.2 seems to be clocking up as many miles as it did with me.
It certainly likes them!

Well there you are, properly run in now.
Can't imagine why you didn't run it up the hill at Prescott.

Apart from the fact it wasn't there, I just don't trust myself
. Besides it's so slow to accelerate that I'd probably try to compensate by carrying more speed 'round the corners, which would no doubt end in tears!!....

Yep, 1500 miles through France last week and didn't miss a beat. French roads showed up the need for new droplinks through, clunking over all the bumps

210,000 on a 98 plate 2.0l Executive petrol and still going!! 9th hand with a service book to match. Its amazing what regular oil changes can do. Only one major problem - turbo u/s.

I get the impression mine's still a baby ....
2000 W reg 110 HDI estate with 77000 miles on the clock. I bought it in 2001 with 16000 miles on it, ex hire car.
You can tell it gets a hammering ... not!
