The best/worst ones (dependant on perspective) I find are the ones where a whole junction is raised up to pavement level meaning you have to keep your speed right down for the entire length of it and even a fair bit before (you need time to decompress the front suspension post-braking, otherwise they're much worse)

You kidding? Not with the way I've seen them bounce over the speed bumps in my area.
Theres a reason why a younger, higher spec Xantia will always command a lower price than a 406 8)

I couldnt straddle these things in my 406 as it was too low. So it was 1 wheel up everytime for me.

Great in the Leon, can hardly feel a thig even with the firm suspension.

I had 3 people and luggage in the coupe once and there was no way over them without hitting something. Go right over and the underneath would hit, one wheel over the the sill would hit. And people tell me I should lower it!

these speed cushions are bloody useless, ive got the 406 to do 90mph :shock: over these and its still as comfortable as ever

LOL..... you know it makes sense !

Its good that on std wheels and tyres you can get away with that.... my alloys would buckle at that speed ! :D
