Yeah, we had a chat about one on here a little while back.

The problem is that anyone who has any idea will naturally assume it's a damaged / repaired car. :?

Chop shop ! ! ! lol

Its a HYBRID !

I guess they just had some bits left over to use up from the old D8's ! or the owner wanted the D9 headlights to be no more !??

OK I might be a wee bit tired here, but it looks like a standard D8 to me (bear in mind I'm an estate driver!)... Is it the rear light cluster?

My mate's got a T plate D8 but with a HDI 110 in it, but the whole car (in and out) is a D8.

Surely this one is a standard D8 which has had a rear shunt and decided to put a D9 boot and lights on it.

....and that's why it'll be a bitch to sell to anyone who's got even the remotest idea about these cars.

Nah we concluded last time we had this discussion that there were afew "especially gifted" D8s that came off the line right around the change over period. Guess pug couldn't organise retooling the whole thing in one go :?

Equally I have seen a couple of T reg D8's on the road, and some T reg D9's.

See, newness at the front and back. I never knew the D8 had a different boot :?

Red painty bits in the rear clusters, the same colour as the lights so you can't see it  (unfortunate downside of Diablo Red)

If you saw the state of it today, you'd tell me off - not been washed in 4 weeks
