It makes better use of the screen space and shows more information on one screen than the 7" screen in the 407. It's excellent!GingerMagic wrote:I like my screen, nicely laid out, easy to read and can do a street by street detail of where you are - even when satnav isn't being used..My satnav is also bang on, changes name and street with 1 second of changing position and has never let me down.

All clips were removed, some lost ONE tug in the hole but that my friends, seemed inevitable.

Miss Pug gained this sticker at FCS, remember?

Cat Flexi will be here on Monday.
Hoping to fit next week and get the map done shortly after.
Feeling a lot better today now these jobs have been done.
Any helpful advice on how to de-fap?

Nope, I am hoping a kind member off the forum does the mapping for me. PP has been enough of a headache, I don't wish to play with that. I rather draft in a pro.Captain Jack wrote:Big hammer and a chisel. Oh... you have Galletto 1260 cables, right?Sonia406 wrote:Any helpful advice on how to de-fap?

Re: Meet Pugster (My new addition)
Flashing files to ECU is MUCH easier than getting PP to work. I don't have PP so I don't know how difficult it is but it sounds a pain.

Best of luck with your glow plugs (I think that was today right?)
The next thing being the flexi and dpf yeah?

OH I have a minor update too.
As I maybe suspected in the original post... Cruise control was purely 'user error'
I have had another play last night and it's working fine. First car I have ever had with CC and well, I am mighty impressed.
Had an URGENT DPF clean warning last night and the light was flashing...
Can the car go into limp mode if the DPF is not ''cleaned'' (removed and deleted) all that quickly?
Just wondering how critical it is that it needs doing sooner rather than later........
Oh - and, rear o/s tyre was at a shocking 20 psi

Re: Meet Pugster (My new addition)
It's a tad unclear what exactly has to happen with the FAP system to cause the car to go into limp mode. An EML is pretty much guaranteed, but full on limp mode seems to be reserved for certain conditions. Certainly an empty additive tank will do so. It stands to reason that a badly blocked FAP would also do the same.
To be honest, the significantly bigger issue is that the blocked FAP causes excess exhaust back pressure and can kill the turbo seals if not dealt with ASAP. So yes, I'd try and get it done quickly for the sake of your turbo and sanity

Re: Meet Pugster (My new addition)
Will PP2000 tell you the pressure across the dpf and how full it is?

Good thoughts........
Well additive is almost definitely empty as it's told me so on the mfd!

It will tell you the differential pressure but I'm not sure what the regen threshold is.

Re: Meet Pugster (My new addition)
Pugster seems to be having some difficulty with perhaps (the only thing I can think of) sunroof drains.........
Though I know we had a massive storm (and thank god that tree didn't flatten us all) but surely this is TOO MUCH water from literally, a blocked drain?

As soon as the children go, the first thing I will be doing is familiarizing myself with FP 'clear blocked sunroof drain' video on YT, that I watched some months ago and see if I can unclog it...

Yeah, there's a tube going from the sunroof, down the A pillar and into the bulkhead. The tubes get blocked - I had the same issue.
Just follow this guide and you should succeed.

Re: Meet Pugster (My new addition)
Thanks... Will follow FP's video
I checked the passenger side and that's still dry and no leaks at all, yet the drivers side is absolutely drenched so I am hoping it is just a blocked drain......
Much easier to follow: Thanks Farmerpug

Re: Meet Pugster (My new addition)
Does this look right to you guys?
Do you know how it attaches? Will I need to buy new clamps etc?
The flexi that is on the car has well, the best way I can describe it is a 'shash' mark on it, so surely there isn't much pressure on the existing clamps so I could maybe get away with reusing them?
Have no time to google / service box it, off to Mothers now with the kids, Kids go tomorrow at 3pm and Pugster has to leave here tomorrow by 4pm!
DPF / Map in limbo at the moment.... Despite the warning messages I don't want to hit the DPF and put him into limp mode as yet...
Thanks in advance boys
IF new clamps / attachment fittings are required I am passing a local ish Peugeot place tomorrow at 4:30pm ish so can get them prior to fitting........
