Ive never been near a galaxy, but the sharan isn't too bad a car, my uncle tried one out for a few days, it was quite well kitted out, but did feel a bit boaty to drive, and the lack of sliding rear doors was a bit of a disadvantage. It wasn't too bad as people carriers go, but in the end he chose a Toyota Previa.

Coincidently, today I passed a little 5 car for sale display . Someone doing a spot of trading. 2 of the cars were Galaxys'.
Both were 'T' plate .., a 2.3 and a Tdi. Both £725.

Seemed quite a lot of vehicle for the money. Hated that rounded swirley dash panel, like the one in the Ka's .

Also, reminds me of the joke by a Scouser comedian..., something like...
"... if you like cars..., you know you've died when you buy an MPV. It's the end..".

The Mk1s go for pennys now,
unlike the mk2 you need 4k or so for a mint one, and a Mortgadge for a mk3
