advice on turbocharger
hi i am new to the forum so be gentle with me! i am looking for some advice/guidance on either purchasing a hybrid turbo for my 406 sri, or i have heard that a t28 off a nissan 200 sx can be fitted with an adaptation to the oil feed? is this correct or is someone having me off, if anyone has a hybrid turbo or a rebuilt t25 with a 360 thrust bearing installed i would be interested in hearing from you also i am looking for a stainless cat back exhaust for the same car anyone with any info please message me, thanks for looking

I take it yours is a 2.0 petrol ? , I can't tell you if that one in particular will fit but anything can be made to fit if you are,
1. determined
2. have the skills / tools / machinery
3. Deep enough pockets.

Yes oil feed needs adapting and some new compressor clamps as the t28 ones foul the waste gate actuator, you will also need some adapters for the inlet and outlet as the t28 bolts up rather than the push fit on the stock sri t25 thats as much as i can tell u as i didnt get much further as i got rid of the car for I had a chance to finish it. There's a pic in my for sale thread which might give u an idea
