If I hadn't bought the 2.2 a couple of months back I'd be very interested.
You might want to confirm the cam belt has been done as it would be due for a change on age but not mileage.
For any prospective buyer having changed a noisy aux belt tensioner yesterday about £65 for OE quality tensioner, idler and belt on the 2.2 and I would assume a similar cost on the 110 2 litre so not a bank breaker.
Not sure on the sensor but for mine its £48 on ECP but I will add my LMF were cheaper than ECP on the aux belt parts and better quality so I'd guesstimate £110 to sort both issues (assuming the spanners are twirled yourself of course)
All in all looks a good buy that, good luck with the sale matey.
