Clarion Pu-2184A and Philips 6-disc changer, how?

I just bought Clarion Pu-2184A head unit to replace my old Philips head unit.
there is standard Philips 6-disc changer on the boot.

will they fit if I connect the Philips 6-disc changer?

If they aren't...is it possible to connect aftermarket Clarion 6-disc changer?what type?
because the Genuine Clarion CD changer is very rare in my country.

any ideas?
