Heater Control Panel Dead

Hi guys, New here!

Tryed using the search feature but havnt had much luck.

Ive got a 96 SRI exec, The heater control panel doesnt seem to be working at all, nothing on the screen, nothing lights up controls dead.

I looked over the fuses, Changed the blow/resister thinking it may draw power that way but no luck!

I tested the panel in a v6 i have for parts, works 100% in that car but nothing when plugged back into the SRI.

I havnt had much luck via google either as nobody seems to have dead panels its heater control modules or something so hopefully a wizz on here knows?
