Hi Puggy, I'm not sure where the fuel pressure sensor is, although if its the one that is by the injectors where some of the fuel filter pipes go - I mashed it trying to get pipes off for Doggy.

If it is elsewhere then it is probably still on the car

The grill and badge is available, although one of the lower tabs has split, the ones that clip it to the bumper, and there are scratches around the 3 top pins. Other than that it is okay to look at.

Does it have rear disc brakes, or drum brakes?

If it's disc brakes, would you be able to dig out the rear brake backing plates? If they're in salvageable condition, I'd be quite glad of them. Mine are shot, and I'm taking the car in to a garage in a couple of weeks for new wheel bearings. I don't want to pay the Peugeot asking price (as it's obscene), so I'm on the lookout for 406s being broken instead.

If they're OK (a little rust is OK, as I can clean them up and apply anti-rust treatment and some good metal paint before it goes to the garage), let me know how much you want for 'em.

Hi, sorry the backplates are not available as they are now on my car because mine were rusted 3/4 the way round and my handbrake shoes were simply flapping in the breeze....

Keep on the lookout though 8)

Hi Kelv,

Do you still have this car? I need a roof bar for mine, the left side front to back......

is that possible? Perhaps postage will be too expensive, might have to pay you (another) visit sometime......

Cheers Steve

Hi Steve, funnily enough this car was my old donor car to fix up my Exec estate - which is now my donor car for my GLX estate...

Here is the link for the current breaker so you can keep a track of which parts are available or not.

I still have it, bits are coming off slowly but surely. I will remove the headlining and have a look for you.

Hi, long time no hear..

I believe there are 2 CTS on the car, is it the one on the engine or the one on the expansion tank you want?

Do you still need a decent Monaco Blue bonnet?

Not sure which mate... Hooked up the diagnostics and it says wiring connections, thought I'd start with the easiest!?? So there are two!? Bummer!

Yeah still need the bonnet, the one I have from the accident is still very serviceable and not rusting (good kit!) However the rear passenger door has rust on that, not sure whether I'll re-spray that though, it's on the bottom edge, so easy to mask up, paint and blow in.

Yes it has been some time... Life and hobbies has really taken over.

Hi mate - just looked on Service Box, there is a coolant temp sensor ( Green top ) on the block, and the one on the expansion tank is a level indicator - nothing to do with the temperature.

So if I can get the CTS off the block, I'll post it up to you, please PM me your address as I've had a message clear out....

Hi, yes I received the PM

Can you confirm by sending me your VIN, or checking on service box yourself, that my CTS will fit your engine.

The part number is 1338 C1

Cheers, Kelv.

Edit; I've just compared on eBay and it will fit - however they are only £4 for a new one, around £12 for genuine Pug ones.
