Would anyone want a 305

Post by FarmerPug »

Someone got in touch with me via Youtube, they have bought a 305 but are not 100% confident about working on cars never mind starting a restoration.
Its a 305 diesel estate i have link to it
http://uk.findyourauto.net/1985-Peugeot ... 1456112397.

but essentially they dont have space to store it and its not something a weekends work will get through the mot. I have been offered it for free but its in cardiff so even at this great price it still would need a transporter and return ferry ticket to get it home, and i should be working on the 305 i have rather than buying another, the mushroom house is big but if i continue it will get a bit cramped.

I thought id mention here just incase anyone is interested in the prospect of becomming a 305 owner, i suppose i should try autoshite aswell

:arrowu: Thats the link

Basically i think the biggest problem is a lack of space to keep the car in, and perhaps fear of working on the car, its not starting but it turns over (cant be much serious on an xud) and there is rust it could be patched up to put through and Mot, or stripped back and restored properly.
