Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

I got the first 'Blast' of the season today
This is where the outside temp reads over 21 and the cabin is hot/sunny. The climate sticks the fan on full blast (a rare event normally).
Now to get my digi thermometer out to check them air off temps
Thinking about it, the Climate Control is one of the best things I like about the 406, much better than the Jap systems.

Had to knock mine down to 14c today. Outside temp was reading 11c at 11.30 last night, doing 70 down the A1, i'm not sure if I quite believe that!

Had a nice few bursts of the cold over the last few weeks, but we all know Wales is warmer than England, don't we....?

I've got an ultra reliable Climate control.
I call it a window. It opens and closes on command

I assume it's not an electric one then?

My drivers side one has a mind of its own... on auto close it reaches nearly all the way up and then goes back down. But it only does it if it's really warm... like it was today... stupid thing!

Yeah I saw that, but the strange thing is... it works normally, it's only when it's hot/heated up... must be knocking some sensors around or something

I leave mine between 22 and 23.5 depending on how I'm feeling and it always does a great job of keeping it there. Shame the aircon is so damn noisy though - Stop for some traffic lights and you get a reminder that it's hot outside :/
