Re: mot
Thats a great result, out of curiosity when it failed how much did the garage say they'd charge to fit a new bulb? Was it just the left nut or did they want the pair?
I remember nearly falling through the floor when the 307 failed on a drop link and they wanted the best part of £100 to fit a new one!!!

Sounds like a reasonable arrangement to me.

2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Hi put it up on the ramp sunday morning checked every thing. suspension bushes, exhaust and things. lights were all lit, but he showed me although the bulb was lit it wasn't bright enough to give a proper reading on the alignment guage.
If it doesn't fit you need a bigger hammer
