Fuel filter location

Post by 406Kris »

Hi, does anyone know where the fuel filter is on 1.8 petrol D9

I checked behind the offside rear wheel arch, also the right side of the fuel tank.
I followed the pipes and still no luck.

Thanks in advance
Kris

check on servicebox using your vin, we just had a guy with a petrol 407 over on peugeotforums that had bought the filter from eurocarparts, BUT it turns out UK models dont have a fuel filter. Using the vin in servicebox showed no filter but without the vin there was a filter, wonder if its the same on 406's ??

My 406 petrol model does not have a fuel filter despite the fact it is listed in catalogues and I bought one.

I have searched everywhere and concluded it doesn't exist.

Thanks for the replies

I have followed the pipes, and can't see anything, I bought one ages ago and only just got round to trying to change it.
Not much lost if there isn't one on the car

Cheers guys
