Whar? Oh, it's got a steering wheel cover. They love them here, maybe it makes the steering wheel easier to grip when you're too drunk to stand up or something. I think if were me it'd be off before the end of the road - open window, chuck, close window.
It might be, I just thought all 2.0 pez's went HPi around that time, I'm not sure why you'd market two 2.0 pez's that are basically* the same*? be interesting to here from that DaiRees why he chose his and whether 'normal' pez engines were also available.

Dai said he thought he'd have the best of both worlds. A smooth petrol engine with reasonable fuel costs.
He soon realised he had the worst of two worlds. Increased fuel consumption and higher repair costs.

Is this the same man who chose a 1.6 engine for an enormous Volvo Estate?

I'm pretty sure "normal" petrol engines were still being produced, the HPi's seem more of an experiment and were soon discontinued when it was discovered now troublesome they could be. It's a shame really, I don't think they were that bad and other manufacturers still seem to be using the technology (Mistershitty?)
