Hi everybody..!

I have just replaced the back brakes on my car with new ones, ready for the MOT - but can you simply imagine my surprise when the rear brakes were in perfect order, even the caliper sliders are tip-top..

I changed them anyway, so rather than bin a set of perfectly good, albeit second hand rear discs/pads - I'll pass them on.

I also had the good fortune of picking up some stuff for a mates 406 Hdi90. I went for a drivers seat switch and came away with a CD player, alternator, starter, window switch, and a MAF. I kept the TPS as it was a non-gritty one

All these are for getting shot of, so I can either post them off or bring them to Pugfest.

I also have a Sat-Nav unit, CD multi-changer, spare cartridges and other gumf to let go of before my missus self-combusts about 'that car' on the drive..

I guess the donor vehicle didn't have the JBL system Kelv? Still after a headunit

Sorry Jon, I have the amp though.

The CD player is from an earlier D9, so the finish on the fascia is different - it works fine ( CD/Radio/MultiCD function ) but I'm not sure about the compatibility with a fully-mux as it beeps even when its turned off..!! Its not faulty, the last CD player I had as a freebie did the same.

Rear discs are no longer available, Marcel on the Coupe club has bagged them first...

No worries Kelv! As far as I know there shouldn't be any difference between semi & full mux HUs, but who knows
