Good garages

Post by TooT »

Heard about this site on the radio today, were you can do a search for a good garage near to your home.

So i typed in the begining part of my post code and the first garage that was on the list is the garage i would never take my car again :?

So go to http://www.goodgaragescheme.co.uk to find out which garage not to take your mota :cheesy:

Well I just gave it a go, and it listed 1 I knew was good and didn't list any of the ones I know are bad. So I was quite impressed.

I got my brakes sorted out (cos I had a crippling back problem just before MOT time) at a garage that came recommended through there, and the job was done to perfection. My handbrake's still crystal sharp and perfectly balanced :D

Good site.

Woo hoo - it came straight up with the garage I use 8)

It did not mention my 'Local' garage where some of my neighbours go. You enter there at your peril

Remember the film 'Mask' where Jim Carrey takes his car for a service? well that's my 'Local' garage off to a tee

Hmmm i cant believe how shite it is for me, it hardly lists any garages local to me at all :?

The garage at the top of my list is where i took my previous car a Ibiza cupra turbo for a pair of Pirelli Pzero's to be fitted to the front when i went to collect my car to my amazement they had fitted one the wrong way round (they are directional by the way).

I mean come on, any idiot can get that right surely.

Well fix it! There's a feedback form on there you can tell them about your good garage, and put a negative review on the sh*t one... Sites like that don't work unless people share their experiences.
