injector ohm reading?

hi folks
have a 406 hdi 90bhp 2002 70k siemens system,can anyone tell me if this is right.using multimeter reading resistance across two pins on injectors ,everyone of them is reading open circuit is this right ???.have trouble starting from overnight other than that once warm fires everytime with no running issues ,any ideas?

As far as ican work out..
You shouid be seeing between. 0.5 ohms - 1.5 ohms.
To test them properly..your supposed to remove the nozzles or something ?.

Never messed with them so idont know the correct procedure..

A leak-off test might be a good idea.

Op. Has already had a leak off test done..no info on results?
Problem started after using egr cleaner ?.
