I have been to kwikfit 4 time in the past 3 weeks for my tracking, never have they got it right. So i got onto there website and emailed a complaint to them, i told them i was going to my local peugeot dealer to have the work done properly on the laser system and i wanted a refund from them of £24 plus compensated for the time i have waisted.

I got a phone call today from my area manager saying that there is a branch local to me (Edinburgh)which has a laser system which costs over £60 a time to use. But they are going to carry out the work free of charge and i will get a refund of £24. I hope that this branch fixes it otherwise it's off to peugeot but i do genuinely think it will be fixed this time as it is another branch with the correct equipment to carry out the work.

I'd be inclined to be positive about this. The store manager's going to have been told about you, probably with words like "for god's sake make sure you get the job done right, I can't be arsed dealing with these complaints"
