Wipers blowing fuse

Finally got a chance to look at this tonight. Sure enough that voltage suppressor had split clean in two! Soldered a new one in and seems to be alright so far :cheesy:

Yes it was the one from that French forum posted near the beginning. The spec sheet called it a voltage suppressor. Sorry didn't take any pictures, I was in a rush!

Not to worry, I'll have to see what I can glean from the French site.

I'm annoyed the BM34 diagram doesn't show it, I guess it suppresses the voltage going the wrong way, maybe when it passes the park position :?
