Running manual car with automatic ecu

My car has manual transmission and it run on automatic ecu. In idle rpm fluctuates between 800-1000 and while driving I can feel slight jerk when pressing or releasing the accelerator. Also sometimes car suddenly stalls when try to move after stopping for traffic. Is this caused by the auto ecu or some other fault. I changed a bad injector and other 3 are are okay but not perfect. Changed the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body. Car is 2.0 16v petrol btw

U have to service your stepper motor, likewise if possible change your throttle position sensor (TPS) and map sensor.. I think these will solve your problem
