Cruise control stalks
I'm going through the process of fitting cruise to my 90 hdi estate and I'm completing my shopping list, I have found a lower steering wheel cowl and cruise stalk for a 406 coupe, does anyone know if this will fit a hdi estate?

Re: Cruise control stalks
If your saloon is year 2000 or newer then its exactly the same stalk and cowling - however I'm not 109% sure it will work as your saloon may have a Siemens ECU which again, I'm not sure is compatible.
Hopefully someone will be along soon to clarify.

Thanks Ginger, mine is a 2001 estate. I'm not sure on the ECU, I will have a look.
Re: Cruise control stalks
The new cruise control stalk that has been modified for autopilot does not have a white button on the end to turn cruise control on and off. Does anyone know how to turn off cruise control entirely until it is wanted?

Set it to absent in PP? Surely if you can't turn it on then it won't work anxway.
