intermittent non starting - again!

My XUDT always starts immediately I turn the key when it's cold (when the glowplugs are working). Usually takes a couple of seconds of churning when it's warm unless I let the glowplug light go out so presume it's the same with all XUD's.

Ah, sorry yes I used to have a 306 dturbo & I had to put a new set of glow plugs in that.
It got really hard to start before I fitted them
