406 estate rear shock absorbers

I am told that my rear shocks need replacing 03 406 estate, I have the shocks, can anyone explain how I access the top nut I can't work out how to get to the top of the wheel arch.

Pull down the seats and remove the inner trim around where the shock absorber enters the car interior.
