Well done young man - that's a bit more 'hands-on' than we're accustomed to hearing from your good self. Respect.
Fancy doing an oil change on the camper van for me?

Learnt now (eventually) that you can do a more thorough job yourself in a lot of cases; more so in just spending the time that a wage-earning mechanic can't commit to.
Your oil change probably wouldn't be too bad? wouldn't they recommend an extraction pump for said beastie?

Thought about making a sump nut access hole but to be fair it's a good chance to get under and look at all the Citroen leakages and assess how much longer to pretend they're not leaking....and replace the undertray in blissful disregard.steve_earwig wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 2:21 pm How much of it do you have to dismantle to get to the sump?![]()

Why do you think French cars manage to stay rust free for so long? It's basically rustproofing.Welly wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 4:35 pm Thought about making a sump nut access hole but to be fair it's a good chance to get under and look at all the Citroen leakages and assess how much longer to pretend they're not leaking....and replace the undertray in blissful disregard.
