New EGR valve
Is there any benefit of replacement of EGR valve with brand new instead of removal and isolation?

No.
You can remove it to clean it out if you are having trouble with it - it gets bunged up with exhaust crud and then the vacuum operated plunger gets jammed open, or closed....
