I live in central Europe, Greetings to all of you..
I have question regarding my 406 coupé
My cabin fan blower stopped working while consequently i also have a battery charge fault light/message on the display.
Checked the battery (it's new btw) everything is ok. Checked the alternator and it is charging eventhough it says it's not.
I removed the fuse 5A (under the steering wheel) that is for the Battery +ve signal for Built-in Systems Interface and everything starts working, the fan the battery charge fault is no longer displayed (except for the wipers)...
Tried replacing the fuse with a new one but as soon as i put it back in the same problems...
Also replaced the fan resistor.
I also noticed when the car heats up properly and when at idle, the hanbrake warning light comes on, but as soon as i rise the RPM's the handbrake warning goes away..
Any ideas???
Guys i am desperate
