On a 40+ degree Australian summers day I have never had the car above 95 degrees sitting in heavy traffic?

I find that switching the aircon on does lower the temp quite considerably?

I think putting the aircon on reduces the activation temperature of the fans as it's effectively another radiator to cool...
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
