Europe's longest in-city tunnel in winter

Russia has the longest in-city tunnel spanning 3150 meters, it has a river which runs over it and the water leaks into it in places. In winter when the tempreture drops to -38 the water freezes and the results are on the video.

Was posted a while ago... but I like the Lada at the end where it looks like the rear window shatters after the 360...? or what?
