bulb change??

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

got a few bulbs out and want to change them. now normaly i would just go at it and if a break anything get on ebay and get a new one but this aint a 205! lol

so how do you get the clock out of the dash?
also the climate control unit?

its an executive turbo by the way D8 is it?? 98 R

Have you thought about changing the dash bulbs to LEDs? ultraleds do some frosted LED replacements which might look really good once installed.

not thought about that
if its easy enough to get out i will just change them for normal bulbs for now as i have loads of them then think about it at a later date

did them but guess what sods law one has blown behide the fuel gauge :evil: :lol:

also while i was there i put a bulb in the "doors open" one but nothing happened :( gutted as wanted that to work :frown:

That's interesting. I put one in my 'doors open' one and it worked, and I've got an exec turbo too... Damn French inconsistency :)

yeah cant understand it. its a 98 R and the V6 in the for sale bit is the same and thats lite up on the dash :| and like you said other exec tubbys work

hey guys, could anyone tell me the exactly type of leds i need for the dash, climate control etc.. I am hoping to change them all into white leds
