Dammmnnnnn ...... that's just crazy mate!

Sorry for your car mate! .... anyway, just wanna add my bad history as well.
a few months ago my '6 was also crashed from sideways while driving at 60 km/h. the pug survives with minor dent at the rear ride wheel arc that nearly hit my newly imported lexus light from UK (none available here. only mine!! :P)

the idiot was driving a light pickup truck when he was turning for U-Turn. We did 'brawl' a bit since that dude ain't paying coz he said not his fault.

considering the crash that almost spin the '6, the dent is not that severe only take 2 days to repair and repaint.

I hope you can fix your car man, or at least get a replacement from the insurance.
Cars, Computers, Chicks, 3C for a complete life. add a number 6 between them then you get double pleasure. hahaha!

My exec turbo was just over a grand with about 110k on the clock. It's done over 50k in the last 18 months and here's what's (gone) wrong:

Heated seats don't work
Bodywork less than perfect but no rust
Exhaust centre+rear replaced
Rear brake discs replaced
Radiator's got a mild leak
Bonnet got slightly mangled by me not closing it properly then driving at 70mph...

That's it!

So don't knock the cheapies. Just because they're high milers doesn't mean they're on their last legs, not by a long way :) Blue's has done 190k I think he said, and that still looks mint!
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

HI,

anybody need some 406oc.co.uk stickers as i have no use for them i have 4?

I am not getting a high mialge car nothing over (70K), this was my first nice car.

high milage cars always need stuff doing to them, and i cannnot be arsed. the seats are always worne. and anyway i don't want anything worse than an what i had.

my laguna was wrote off last sept when a lithuanian girl was over taking a tractor on the brow of a hill i was lucky not to hit her head on as i stopped due to travelling slowly and she swerved then a teenager in a maxed up punto shunted me up t ass the damage was minimal rear quarter etc but still got wrote off i refused first offer and demanded more due to ultra low mileage 19k on a y reg and they immediately bumped it up £250 so was worth a 2 minute phone call, there trying to prosecute both other drivers for dangerous driving but the officer in charge of the case says theyll prob have to drop the case against the girl as they currently have no lithuanian interpretors in the north and she spoke no english, but what a stunning looking girl she was!!!!!! :cheesy:
