looking to buy a 97 R plated 406 coupe V6

Hi all, i'm looking to do a swap with someone for my 306 for the 406 V6 coupe and was just wondering what things i should look out for when i go to view it, drive it.

Any help much appreciated.

oh, its a 97 on an R with 103k on the clock and just had cambelt and all bits done
