Lovely shape, great handling, loads of space etc etc
Bad points with the estate:
According to the handbook the JBL system is slightly less powerful than that fitted in the saloon. Have not got the JBL, so not an issue![]()
Good points with the V6:
It's a V6very smooth, great exhaust note (even better when the clamps rot), really good pick up, wheelspin in 2nd gear in the wet
Bad points with the V6:
can be thirsty

the autobox is a peach. up changes are hardly noticable, the same for down changes.
the motor is as creamy as marks and spencers finest. lovely and quiet low down the rev change, barely audiable in the cabin. but get it revved up with the vvt working and it takes on a lovely v6 growl.
fingers crossed an induction kit should make it sound a whole lot more fruity!
handling feels very taught for such an big car, steering is light, maybe a bit too much for my liking, im used to a bone hard 205 gti!, but its direct and has lots of feel.
the whole car is in a different league compared to the mush other manufacturers offered from the same period. vectras and mondeos dont even come close to it! highly reccomended car you should all give a try.
