Is it me (or my ISP) or does this site seem to spend a lot of time on its back with its legs in the air?

While I'm here, there doesn't seem to be a way to upload pictures into this forum, everyone seems to stick them elsewhere and use the URL. Is there a favourite website to do this on who don't mind us stealing their bandwidth?

said it was because i was downloading from dodgy sites
