Right team, who makes the longest lasting tyres. I had 16K out of each of my first two sets of Pirelli P6000s (yeah I know, "ditch finders" ), but the latest set of Pirelli P7s are shagged out after just 10K . Since I'm now using the car for business and my mileage expenses are crap, longevity is suddenly important to me. Anyone got any recommendations for a good all rounder tyre with a decent life expectancy??

I have always found michelins to be quite a good tyre in the longevity
stakes certainly the ones that were on my car when i bought it didn't

you need to work out the price Vs. longivety, if a tyre last 20k but costs £100 and another tyre costs £50 but lasts only 15K what tyre would you buy?
pirelli pzero rosso are an extremely hard compound, and as a result give an extremley hard ride, michelins are generally the best for high mileages, but they seem to be the most expensive tyre

Brilliant tyre - soft compound so If you like your corners you will proaby get 17k miles out of em but they are simply amazing in the wet and the dry! Well worth looking into IMO
Alot of froggers over here in Aussieland have them on their 205's and 306's - lots of positive feedback!
My car with it's heavy diesel engine runs on Michelin energy's on the front which were already worn by the previous and I have done 15,000 of pretty hard driving and they are still way off being down to the stops. In fact I keep looking at them thinking 'bloody hell - how come they aren't worn yet'.
They are quiet and I think the only downside of the hard compound is they will let go a bit when pushed hard in the wet but you get plenty of warning.
The rears are Goodyear Eagle NCT5 which are quiet and haven't worn at all on the back.
Yeah we can get C-Drives stalled but they're pretty expensive.
Michelin are quite steep too, but I've just found a set of Goodyear NCT5s on blackcircles for £160 delivered (my mate's bro fits them for me for about a fiver a corner). Seems like that could be the plan!

My D8 has Toyo Roadpro R610's, they were part worn when I got it and I've done something like 45,000 km (speedometer didn't work for about a year) and they still have a fair bit of meat left, which is good judging by everyone else's responses here. They're starting to let go in the wet though, if I floor it in 2nd or 3rd when the turbo starts to get going at 3,000 rpm. Very controllable though.
The D9's come with Courier Drivers. I've no idea about them and there doesn't seem to be the word "Goodyear" on them at all. They are V rated though.
My favourite tyres are the Sava Eskimo 33's, I've had to panic brake on them in the wet and the ABS didn't even kick in(!) They also have outstanding grip on snow. Why can't you get winter tyres in the UK??
nct5's were fitted to the 406 from the factory, or michelins or ditchfinder p6000's
i have toyo proxies, they are extremely soft, the fronts have lasted 10k of heavy use and are so mullerd i put them to the back

Have got Goodyear Eagle NCT 5's
Like them as they are a good alround tyre, although my naughty driving has been causing problems.
My fronts have been on for about 14 months, covered 20k and are still on about 5mm. My rears have been on for about 12 months and have covered......................................15k and need replacing very soon as they are down to the wear mark. (Before anyone suggests, not I have not swapped the fronts and backs at some time.)
I first thought it was the geometry on my rear going bad, but it appears to be similar wear to what I am getting after a trackday in the saxo.
